On April 9, 2025, the Women’s Forum “Create” was held. The main topic of the forum is the role of women in modern society.
Olga Afanasyeva, as the author of the Women’s Space Message and Chairman of the Committee on Space Technologies and Research of the CIS Business Center for Economic Development, made a welcoming speech and handed over to the organizers of the Forum the attributes of the Symbol of the Third Millennium – the Memorandum on the Preservation of Human Civilization and the Certificate of the Millennium Flame (Fire of Peace, Hope of Salvation).
Ambassadors, government officials, cultural representatives, and psychologists delivered welcoming speeches at the event.
Women have always played a key role in the development of society. Her influence extends to family, parenting, professional activities, culture, and politics. In the modern world, regardless of race or religion, a woman combines many roles: mother, wife, professional, public figure.
Traditionally, a woman is considered the keeper of the hearth. She creates comfort, educates children, and transmits moral values to them. Harmony in the family largely depends on her wisdom and patience. However, today many women successfully combine motherhood with a career, proving that it is possible to be a loving mother and at the same time realize themselves professionally.
In the 21st century, women are actively exploring fields that were previously considered exclusively male: science, IT, engineering, and politics. They hold senior positions, create startups, and contribute to the development of the economy. Gender stereotypes are gradually becoming a thing of the past, opening up new opportunities for women. The role of women in society cannot be overestimated. She remains the mainstay of the family, the engine of progress and an important participant in social transformation. A modern woman is a symbol of strength, wisdom and versatility, capable of inspiring and changing the world for the better.
